Unable to watch a Netflix movie online. Works okay if using IE. Silverlight 4 works okay also. Suggested I uninstall (3.6.13) and reinstall Firefox. Is this what I should do? Thanks.

I have watched Netflix movies on this computer in the past. Don't know what upgrade caused it to quit working but I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight per Microsoft directions and now Netflix says that since it works okay if I use IE, that it is probably a Firefox problem. How do I go about uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and is that what is recommended to fix the problem. Thanks.
