Can I combine the emails & folders from several profiles?
Hello, I have 6 or 7 HDDs which have Tbird on them along with emails & folders from their use in different computers and ext storage HDDs. I'd like to copy/paste the folders & emails with their headings and messages so I can access them as needed. I tried copying selected email folders and pasted them into the new profile but I lost the message bodies. What am I doing wrong? I am using Win10 Home (64 Bit) ver 1809 and TB vers 60.6.1 (32 bit).

Look in the profile folders of the HDDs; the default location is:
C:\Users\windowsusername\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles
In the profile folders, which are subfolders of Profiles, look in the Mail (POP accounts) and ImapMail (IMAP accounts) for subfolders named after the accounts. In those subfolders, look for the mbox files, files with no extension, named after the folders, e.g. Inbox, Sent etc., which are accompanied by .msf files of the same name.
Copy the mbox files, renamed if necessary, into the Mail/Local Folders folder in the working profile folder, while TB is closed. Restart TB and find the folders under Local Folders in the folder pane.
