Cannot read new messages

I can get new messages. But I cannot read new ones. There is no text when I click on the message. It says Opening folder INBOX in the bottom left. Then it looks like it is doing something becasue the little green bar on the bottom left is filling in. Then this pops up: "The current operation on 'Inbox' did not succeed. The mail server for account x @comcast.net responded: [SERVER BUG] Internal error occured."

This turned out to be a problem with the Comcast imap server. Can you please delete this question or remove my e-mail address? I didn' want to make that public. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you!
