Firefox ngir iOS Community Forum

I was having some weird issues with Firefox on my iPhone so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I expected that when I logged into my account it would sync all my data including passwords. That doesn’t seem to be the case. Is there another way to recover my passwords? I assumed they were account based not device based. Help!

If I try to open Firefox, it goes to a page saying my fingerprint will be required, but nothing asks for my finerprint. And the red close button on upper left doesn't appear. I can only reduce the picture, but can't close it to start over.

When attempting to access Shortcuts from Firefox iOS there are now additional steps to get to the site than before the last update. Now a user must click in the address bar which then shows the favorites the user has available. The next step is to depress on the favorite you want to access but you must hold the depressed icon to wait for options to appear. Within those options one would choose Open in new tab which then creates a popup that must be clicked reading “switch tab.” Only when these steps are followed just as laid out will a user gets to the favorite website they want. Try it yourself and then follow my directions as per my screenshots. Can’t upload all pics

When I was manually closing tabs on my iOS 15, I accidentally deleted my Firefox homepage. The app is still there, but I can’t access the menu, settings, etc., so I don’t know where to go to recover my homepage. Please help. I can access it on my desktop but it isn’t syncing with my iPhone.
