I have quite a lot of passwords stored in my iPhone. I would like to sync (or, if not possible, export) these passwords to my Firefox browser on the same iPhone.

On my Desktop, Firefox has an option, something like "When opening a link in a new tab, switch to that tab". I always turn it on immediately, by default it's off for some weird reason, to me it seems intuitive that you want to see this link now, just without losing the page you were on. On iOS, on my iPad, this option is missing and functions as if it's off, it never switches focus. And under certain conditions, like watching videos, the current tab is shoved all the way to the right in the tab bar, meaning that I first have to scroll the tab bar before I can manually change to the new tab. This is all counter-intuitive to how it SHOULD work. It's strange that this very useful option is present in the Windows version but not the iOS version. Or if it IS there, I haven't been able to find it despite trying everything.

Recently the iOs app for Firefox 123.3 began opening a new tab everytime I woke the browser app from sitting in the background. Very annoying. How do I get it to open the last active tab instead of inserting a new tab?

On my iPad when I tap on Menu Icon > History > Trash Icon > Everything, the tabs refresh/flash and then the order of the tabs change. For example,

Old tabs: 1 2 3 4 (active tab is 2) New tabs after clearing the history: 1 3 4 2 (active tab is now 3)

Is there a way to prevent this? I’d like to keep the original order of my tabs.

The instructions are wrong and convoluted. How can I scan a QR code if it is on the iOS device???????? Mozilla just doesn't know how to get around the iOS limitations.

I will no longer use firefox on my iPAD if I can't sync my bookmarks from my Android/Windows bookmarks.

How do I contact Mozilla customer support? The volunteers never actually answer questions completely. I need verified instructions from Mozilla employees. Why tech companies rely on volunteers with no company loyalty is amazing. I'm not having iPad issues, I'm having Mozilla support issues.

I cannot log-on to https//matrixfreedomplatform.info/#/affilliate. When I try I get a pop-up stating "you are successfully logged-on," but then the screen is covered with a milkey film and won't load. Any suggestions??

iPad OS version Firefox 126.1 (41973) iOS 17.5.1. iPad is am 8th gen When trying to read/use a website, it auto refreshes and pops back to top. I keep mine in landscape mode, and when trying to have a page open many will just refresh. In the dark theme mode, there seems to be an issue with the animation when long-pressing the Tab. However, in the light theme mode, the animation works fine

Windows corrupted my user profile so I lost everything... how do I get my bookmarks from Firefox iOS to my desktop PC?

When I sign into my desktop Firefox it has nothing - I am worried if I sync my iOS firefox it will delete all my bookmarks?

I just downloaded dozens of photos — long press, then “add to photos” — and they are nowhere to be found. I discovered too late that I hadn’t turned on permissions for Firefox to access photos. But not once did I get a warning about that. Are those photos actually saved somewhere, or Is there any way to recover them? Either way, why did I not get a warning that Firefox couldn’t access my photos?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with ios 17.1.1. I have Moziilla Firefox for iOS 126.1.

I would like to clear all private data except for Cache and Cookies on certain websites that I frequently visit, so that I don’t have to log in each time and my data from that site won’t be lost.

Currently I have to go into Settings-Data Management-Website Data-and select each site separately to delete unwanted data. It will only allow me to delete 10 sites at a time. When I click on “show more” it reveals the whole list. However, when I click on one, the list disappears.

Is there any way to save data for certain sites and delete the rest?

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously.
