I have tried eight times to sign in to my Firefox account an set up thunderbird on my new tablet but every time it refuses to let me sign in and says incorrect password - its the same password I have used for years on all my other devices - you have sent 6 email codes telling me to input in order to sign in and none of them work - I just keep getting 'incorrect password flash up' .Before I go completely mad , can you please just check the system and let me sign in as normal?

So I got a new PC, and installed Firefox on it. When I try to log into my account on there it goes to the loading page that shows the Mozilla logo and below it says "is verifying your browser..." with a spinning loading ring. The problem is that it won't do anything else but this. I have tried Refreshing Firefox, going into Troubleshooting mode, and just waiting. But after all of that, it is still stuck on the loading page described above. Nothing is happening but the loading ring forever spinning. I can not sign into my account at all because I can't even get to the page to do so.

How do I fix this?? I really need all of my stuff on this new computer. (I'm writing this question from my old computer since I can't even log into the Support because of the same issue)

Hi Community, I wanted to send a link to my desktop pc and saw that I'm not longer logged in. So I wanted to login again with my same acount and the same password I always used. The login site of Firefox sync shows: Password is invalid, but I never changed my password!

Now on my desktop pc (still logged in) I can't set a new password because there aswell my old password says 'Password is invalid'. Whar happend? Also to set a recovery key I need the old password aswell.

All other credit cards, banks, finance, etc. accounts sign on fine. I deleted my "saved" Chase sign on in "tools" and tried setting up the Chase account from scratch but it didn't have any result. Running W-10 with latest updates. Called Chase and was not comfortable with their response. Since it's a long holiday weekend (4th July) I will call them again on Monday to see if I can get someone else with more knowledge at Chase support. Any help from you guys would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When I first opened the browser, I noticed I was logged out of my Firefox account. Even though I didn't do anything. I think it might be because of my new VPN. Many logins to sites like Roblox, YouTube, and email simply failed. Perhaps it's related to cookie. Is there any way I can restore them all at once?

After signing it, it directs me to the "open panel" which it seems like is in the upper right hand corner of the screen. When I go there it asks me to sign in again and there is no "open panel."

I just updated firefox and it lost all my passwords - I need to go back to the last version so I can continue working on my PC.. I have several Gmail accounts I use all the time, none of them will open right now! My Etsy account won't open, my Paypal account won't open. I need this reset back as soon as possible..

I am not a tech person - and really need to keep working - not take the time to figure this out!

The Firefox VPN used to work great. Then it disappeared. When it came back, it asked me to log in so I did. After logging in, rather than letting me use the VPN, it would once more ask me to log in. The attached picture shows what it keeps prompting me.

I am switching to a new Firefox account and would like all of my current Firefox information and settings to be synced to it. I was previously signed into an old Firefox account. I have copied the old profile into a new profile, but still cannot login to the new Firefox account. How can I do so without losing access to all of my Firefox data?

I tried making an account but my password got lost before I finished completely setting up the account. Now when I try to ask for "forgotten password" it says I dont have an account but at the same time I need a password to log in. How do I fix this?

Hello, My problem is that I can't log in to my account. Since I logged in a long time ago, it asks for email verification, but this email provider is no longer available. How can I log in this way? Thank you!
