In one of my real estate programs, my downloads come up as canvas.png, instead of PDF. (this has been for 2 days, now....it was working correctly before this.). If I use the same program in Chrome, it works correctly. I have updated. Thank you.

There's a particular couple of links in Gmail, from a specific email, which sends links I need to go to, and they will not open, yet gives an error message. This has been happening for years. The sender sends these links to all members, and I'm the only one who cannot open them. 2 decades ago I was able to open them.

For some time now (a few months), whenever I visit Amazon sites, I’ve been noticing a strange phenomenon I’ve never experienced before.

After performing a search, within a few seconds of the selected product’s page opening, it redirects to a different product page.

Usually, it always redirects to the same product page. Very rarely, it might redirect to another similar product page.

What is causing this issue?

This problem doesn’t occur in other browsers.

On one frequently used website "objectremover.com", Firefox always fails to load the site, giving this error message "This page couldn’t load, Reload to try again, or go back." There is never any indication of why the page could not be loaded. We are on Windows 7 and extended Firefox release. This site could always be loaded in Firefox until one of the most recent updates. This problem has happened on more than one of our computers, yet the site always loads without a problem on Chrome. If this is caused by one of my settings being too strict, is there a way to put in an exception for this site?

When opening a native <select> dropdown in Firefox, the hover/highlight bar on an <option> does not span the full width of the dropdown popup — it only covers roughly the left portion (about half) of the option row. The rest of the row to the right stays un-highlighted, which looks broken. Chrome (and Chromium-based browsers) render the same markup with a full-width hover highlight.

Steps to reproduce:

Open the attached test page (or any page with a full-width native <select>) in Firefox on Windows. Click the select to open the dropdown. Move the mouse over the options. Expected result: The hover highlight covers the entire width of the option row (full width of the dropdown popup), as it does in Chrome.

Actual result: The hover highlight covers only part of the row width (about half), leaving the right side of the option un-highlighted. See attached screenshots: (attach Firefox screenshot here — and optionally a Chrome screenshot showing correct full-width hover for comparison).

Notes / what I already ruled out:

It is not CSS-specific to my site. I reproduced it with: a styled <select> (custom background/color on <option>, dark color-scheme), a select with the option background removed entirely, the box-shadow: 0 0 10px 100px <color> inset "full-width" workaround, and a completely bare <select> with no custom CSS at all (appearance: auto). All of them show the same half-width hover in Firefox. Chrome renders all of the above with a correct full-width hover. This makes it look like a Firefox-level rendering behavior of the native dropdown popup rather than something controllable from page CSS. Environment:

Firefox version: Latest OS: Windows 11 Display scaling / zoom: (fill in — e.g. 100% page zoom, 100% Windows display scale; mention if non-100%, since DPI scaling can be relevant)

Hi there. The past few weeks whenever I try to view any YouTube embed on any website I just get this error and the video does not play: Sign in to confirm that you're not a bot

Of course I am signed in but it does nothing. It works in other web browsers, just not Firefox. I've tried resetting my cache and cookies, private windows, and disabling all extensions but nothing seems to work.

Normally we highlight sentence & can edit/change colour/enlarge etc.

Now highlight dissappears when using Firefix browser.
Works in Edge. what to do to reset the Firefox Browser???

Only recently since last Firefox upgrade I find that I cannot access EDIT functions.... not by the pull-down menu nor using COMMAND C or COMMAND V or COMMAND X. I have performed Troubleshoot and the problem still occurs when in Troubleshoot mode.

When I use this site and scroll down the page, then select a news piece https://www.telegraph.co.uk/ And then navigate back to the main page it scrolls to a completely different part of the page. I then have to scroll around to find my place. This gets irritating - and other browsers don't have this problem. I have had to stop using Firefox Android. It would be good to get it fixed Phil

everytime i upload a picture to some websites like tiktok/microsoft or even firefox, my images' quality gets decreased like from 2160x2160 to 230x230 idk why help me, firefox if you see this, FIX YOUR BROWSER ITS UNUSABLE

Despite updating Firefox I cannot currently use Facebook via this browser. The buttons for showing notifications, switching user and a number of others don't display or don't work even if they are visible. The content of posts is also not always displayed. After an hour with Meta's bot the conclusion is that, as these functions work via another browser, the problem is with Firefox.

I am disappointed that I am not able to access my Mobile phone account, which is with O2, using Firefox but I can do so using Google Chrome, so I would like to know why I cannot access the account through Firefox.

on some sites, when I try to sign in I have entered my login information, but when I hit enter or submit for instance bigfishgames.com nothing happens. When I am on my Drs portal after I have entered pages of information and hit submit, again it does not get accepted. Soooo, I have to leave firefox and go to a different browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is very frustrating when this happens. It is so frustrating that even though I have been on Firefox for many years I am thinking about using a different browser.

I am using Firefox on Ubuntu Linux. When I open WhatsApp Web, it does not work correctly. The page may not load properly or login does not complete. I have tried refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies, and restarting Firefox, but the issue remains. Please help me troubleshoot this problem.

Has Firefox instituted a security setting that is interfering with commerce-related sites? Suddenly I can't log in to my credit union (gets stuck on "authentication" step), amazon.com (endless "transferring data" message during login attempt), and mutual fund sites (similar to amazon.com experience). These all are related to money/commerce. I've turned off Firefox's popup blocking and even explicitly allowed cookies for the sites. I did a Refresh to get rid of extensions that might be causing problems (even though there wasn't a problem a week ago on these sites). I've tried Firefox on a second computer for the credit union site and got the same behavior. Chrome has no problem with these logins, by the way.

yesterday i could not sign into my windows 11 AOL email because it kept returning me to sign in and asking for verification and more options to sign in this is the first time that this problem has occured including when i used windows 7 and windows 10 this problem only occurs in Firefox and i can sign in to my AOL email in Google Chrome
