All of a sudden for the past few weeks or so, I keep getting the message in the attached screenshot when entering words in the search bar and clicking on Google. This never happened before in all the years I've been doing this, so what's up with it and can it be fixed? Thanks.

My screen jumps up and down on some sites, such as Bank of America sign-in page and comics at washingtonpost.com. In the first case, the sign-in box jumps up and down so I sometimes miss the log-in space to enter my UserID. As for the comics, when I scroll down a little to see the comic the whole screen jumps down much further than I want. NOTE: This is the only part of the Post Web site that acts in this fashion.
