When using "about:support" on Firefox I'm not seeing my "profile path". Are there instructions on this method to make sure I don't loose all of my OneTab-tabs, or should I use another method?
A FF comment: If you have a backup of this profile folder than you can restore your data...where do I find this folder?
You also suggest using a backup program--not sure what this means.
How do I run backup software on my computer to restore my Firefox profile folder (a file path) ?
I do have an external hard drive continuously backing up my files, however I don't know if this will back up browser settings/data whether it does or not- do I need to search for doing this from the manufacturer or from you.
Another suggestion from your help articles: If you don't use our "backup/sync feature, then the only way to recover the deleted data is if (a repeat of the above suggestion )you run backup software on your computer that can restore your Firefox profile folder.
I'm confused on what the backup/sync feature is referring to, unless you're talking (install FF on my Chromebook" so that it puts all my settings and data onto that device? ...sorry.
My problem is Microsoft is giving ppl until Oct 13th (2 weeks away) to upgrade to windows 11. I'm afraid I'll lose all of the FF windows and tabs that I moved into OneTab. This was hundreds of hours of work not to mention the amount of money I've paid to access these websites for research.
Any response would be greatly appreciated...I saw a comment that FF is working on a solution for this but I may not get it until it's to late.

OMG..I just saw and update available for FF. Based on what I just read, it's possible I'll lose all of the data in OneTab, What should I do...thinking! First thing is I'll look to see what the update is about, then decide.
