How to change file handling of certificate files to a save-file dialog (like chrome or internet explorer does) instead of "opened by firefox"

In Firefox when you click/save a certificate file, it's opened by the browser and asks to trust. In other browsers the file is opened as a file and therefore the browser aks you to save.

I would like to change the behaviour of firefox to act like aother browsers already do. To let me just save the file and not opening in in firefox "internally". Is there a way trough the about:config ?
