Having problems with websites that use plugins like Adobe Flash? You'll need to check whether or not the plugin is the cause. We'll explain how to do this.

If you suspect a certain plugin, disable it first, then test for your problem. You do not need to restart Firefox for the changes to take effect. # Test for your problem.
