By Firefoxwss working great the last time I used it it is the primary search engine for my iPhone 17 as well as my Mac however, when I loaded it today it the screen just said blank. All of my bookmarks are on Firefox. How do I get this fixed quickly? I am, right now being edited. I’m sitting here looking like a fool because I chose to use Firefox rather than Safari or Google. First question they ask me why are you using Firefox. And then, of course, Firefox /x I/ dies all of my bookmarks are on Firefox. Firefox will not open! I have used Firefox for the last nine years. Never had a problem until today when I needed it not to have a problem.

Hello everyone, I tried to open Firefox but it just didn't open. Nothing happens when I click on my desktop icon. Tried as administrator, nothing. Tried refreshing, nothing. Reinstalling, nothing. The closest I got was after reinstalling but I still can't open any website or setting inside of the browser. Tried flushing the dns and also nothing. Pretty much out of ideas so if anyone has some advice it would be great, I'm running a HP laptop with Windows 10. Thanks in advance. Cheers.

Firefox often interferes with AMD Adrenalin. If features provided by AMD—such as the performance overlay and recording functions—don’t work properly while playing a game, closing and reopening Firefox usually resolves the issue. Also, after installing the latest AMD driver (version 26.6.2) today, a specific game won’t even launch. However, if I close Firefox in this state, the game surprisingly runs without any issues. I’ve long suspected that Firefox has poor compatibility with AMD, but preventing games from running seems to be taking it too far. I hope they will collaborate with AMD to ensure these issues no longer occur

When starting firefox I had 5 windows open. After a MAC notebook restart, I tried to open firefox and then the five pages showed to disapear when I clicked on one - nothing can be seen. On the firefox icon I cannot do anything other than look at "About firefox" to learn that it is up to date. I have no idea what to do to get it started again ... thank you so much for any guidance here

I cannot get into Firefox due to an error message that keeps coming up. Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling it, but it didn't really uninstall completely. I have tried a few suggestions from online, which didn't work. I also tried right clicking on the Firefox symbol and went into some of the different options, but nothing worked for me.

When I click the firefox icon on my desktop, I cannot open firefox because it says Cannot transfer data from s.aolcdn.com

Recent update from MSFT (?) anyhow, suddently Firefox has crashed and can no longer access - can no longer uninstall and reinstall. Simply does not work & I am hoping to be able to correct this so all my various bookmarks, passwords, etc are not suddenly gone

yesterday my email wasn't opening links and then Firefox acted strangely so I cleared the cache. (I'm on windows 11) Today when I clicked on the app icon it created a shortcut instead of launching Firefox. What is going on? I have used FireFox as my default browser for the past 15 or more years and I don't want to switch to Chrome or MS Edge.

I was able to open Firefox by going to the app under settings - but that is not how I have done it before.

Any thoughts as to what is happening?

My Mozilla Firefox browser is not working. It does not open when I try to start it. I have restarted my computer, but the issue still persists. Please help me fix this problem.

I have an app showing on my desktop. It does nothing. I would like to be able to use my previous desktop for using firefox. If that is not possible. I would simply like to use.

I had been using the Mozilla Firefox VPN for a few weeks, but now it will not launch. I sign in without a problem but when I click on the VPN icon on the toolbar, nothing happens. I just get the pop-up to try the VPN and "Get Started" (see attachment).

Please advise.

After most recent Windows 11 and Firefox updates, Firefox will not open on my PC. I thought I had managed to Refresh it today Troubleshooting Mode - got a "Success" message - but that message was overlaid with a box that wanted me to agree to terms and conditions, etc. and when I clicked the Continue button, nothing happened. So I had to close what little of Firefox was on my screen; got the Not Responding message, then the Close or Wait message (waiting is useless), so I hit Close and the error was again reported to Windows (big whoop). Should I uninstall Firefox and start over???? I have no clue how to save all my bookmarks and associated passwords.
