After upgrading to the latest Firefox, my icon disappeared from my start up screen and I can't find how to get it back

Go to START then ALL PROGRAMS then find MOZILLA FIREFOX, right click on it, select SEND TO, and select DESKTOP(CREATE SHORTCUT). thank you Please mark "Solved" the answer that really solve the problem, to help others with a similar problem.
