Thunderbird by POP doesn´t syn with Microsoft server

Today, Thunderbird is not syncing with the Office server. Accounts configured as POP. This happens to all accounts on all computers.

The RETR command was not completed successfully. Error retrieving the message. The mail server outlook.office365.com responded: Server Unavailable. 21

After 24h, It seems that everything is working again. I suppose Microsoft has fixed its error. Thanks
