Why are some jpg images slow to display ?
I recently received email from two different sources & their large jpg images take a long time to load/open. One email contained an 11MB image & the other an 18MB image.
Yet there is no problem opening a 12MB or 19MB image from email I still have from a few months ago.
To my knowledge they all came from cell phones. The 12, 18, 19 from iPhones and not sure about the 11MB.
Usually I have no problem so I'm not sure what's going on with those two new jpgs.
Any suggestions to what the problem is? Thanks.

What you are experiencing is the download time for large jpg files. The prior ones are already on your PC, so they load more quickly.
After I download the new emails they should be saved on the PC like all the others.
Every time I open these new-ish emails it tales a long time for the images to appear. IOW this is not just when I view the email the first time. it happens with all subsequent viewings.
