Is it possible to move a IMAP Sent file to a POP3 acct?

I have an IMAP acct (Windows 11) that I wish to be done with. I have an existing POP3 acct on another computer (Windows 10) that I hope to install in place of the IMAP acct. I do not want to lose the IMAP Sent emails. It would be ideal if I could combine the IMAP Sent folder into the POP3 Sent folder. Can it be done?

Copy the IMAP sent messages to a subfolder of Local Folders, then confirm the copy. The messages are maintained after the IMAP account is removed, and can be copied or moved to any other local folder, including the POP Sent folder.
