mailing photographs from Picasa no longer seems to work

I can no longer E mail my photographs from Picasa, I have tried with the Windows 64 and 32 to no avail. The message keeps repeating that I do not have an E mail account supporting this action. I have been sending the photos for years, so I don't know what has happened in the mean time. Can you please advise.
