After first time page loading, the list in modal doesn't open after clicking ( only on Androids)

The issue is appeared after first time page loading and first opening of a modal. When I click on the dropdown selector (implemented through a div), the selector does not open. After clicking many times on then the dropdown - list opens. The next time after openning modal and click dropdown list - the dropdown list opens. This error is only on Android mobile in Firefox.
