just downloaded Thunderbird email. I have been using Outlook for years. How do I import my emails, contacts, calander? I have three accounts, live.com, gmail.com and outlook.com how do I add these to my current install?

have you tried simply running the application? It should ask to import your outlook if it is set as the default mail app, and adding accounts is as simple a clicking on the new item in the menu.
