I'm having a continuing problem w/ my auto-fill preference for logins and passwords not being saved. The checked box for auto-fill logins and passwords doesn't stay checked. I ALREADY RESET FIREFOX, BUT THIS DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. I don't want to reset again as I think it created problems with one of my accounts. Are there other solutions I can try?

What security software do you have?

If you use external cleanup software like CCleaner then check the settings for Firefox.

Thank you. I use Norton 360, but the link you provided, while referring to Norton's Firefox Privacy Cleanup, provides no guidance as to what to do next. Do I disable it? How do I access the feature?

You can try to disable this feature in Norton to see if that has effect and possibly contact Norton for support.
