Problem Signature 01: MozillaVPN.exe Sorry this will not be much help but is part of the same problem. So the system goes in circles. It was working. I had to create a new user on this machine and it appears to load MozillaVPN, for which I have a subscription (and it will be cancelled if I fail to get in) Windows8.1 The startup icon had disappeared. (Now recreated by posting a shortcut icon from C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Mozilla VPN\MozillaVPN.exe onto my destop.)
