Hi, Simce the upgrade to the newest version, Firefox won’t allow me to log in to BT Mail, the website giving me an “incorrect password” message. It works perfectly on all other browsers, so isn’t a problem with my password or with BT. I’ve done all the usual clearing of cache, cookies etc, but no joy. A quick google showed other people having the same problem with Firefox/BT Mail in the last few weeks. Is this a known issue? I really don’t want to move away from Firefox, but this is a problem! Thanks.

hello Andycdesign...

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

Hi, thanks for the reply but that isn’t the problem: the webpage loads fine. When I attempt to log in, I get an incorrect password message from the webpage, despite my username and password being correct. On all other browsers, on the same PC, these log in details work perfectly. This issue only occurred after the most recent update to Firefox. Thanks.
