Color for icons on menu bar
The various items in the menu bar (Reply, Forward, Delete, Junk, etc) are very drab (all look the same). Color would make them easier to distinguish. How can I have color, for example, red for the Delete circle, orange for the Junk selection, etc.?

This kind of aesthetic or cosmetic adjustment is exactly what themes are for. I agree with you in that I don't like the grey. It's the current fashion and bleeds into the OS as well - look at Windows 10 and those monochrome line drawings. But as soon as you have something that brings a dash of colour, it says to me, misleadingly, that the grey things are inactive.
I am using Phoenity Shredder in Thunderbird to brighten it up. There are many others.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have not yet chosen a theme, but with all that are available I'm sure I'll find one that I like.
