Hitting reply or reply-all brings up a new message box with my last sent message in the 'quoted' field. Not related to the current reply!

This has started occurring from my last TB update. I hit reply and the new message box has whatever I have just sent out as text under my signature. No relation to the current message I am starting to reply to. I have to close that message box and hit reply again, and then a correct, new message box with only my signature will appear.
