There is no application to synchronize the Alcatel OneTouch Fire C with Outlook directly.

Instead, you may configure your Mail application in your Firefox OS device, giving you access the e-mails from your provider:

Regarding your batteries, please ensure that there are no applications running in the background:

You may also attempt to turn off your data and GPS sensors when not in use. These can spend a lot of battery even when in idle mode.
