How to delete multiple contacts (preferably all)?
I know how to delete single contact, but it's very boring and annoying to delete multiple contacts one by one.

The feature to delete multiple contacts is being implemented in version 2.0, which is schedule to be Code Complete on September 1st, according to the Versions and Scheduling wiki.
The only other way that I am aware of, to delete multiple contacts, is by resetting the device back to factory settings. However, it's possible that a contributor or third-party developer has created an app for the Marketplace to delete multiple contacts.
I'm sorry that I'm not able to immediately resolve your issue, but I hope that you may find this information useful.

Just another suggestion that came to my mind. If your device is rooted, it may be possible to delete the contacts through by using ADB to access the system files and delete the contacts that way.
I don't know which files would need to be deleted for this, but if you're interested in this workaround, I can try to find out this information.

@Ralph thanks for the reply, however I am looking into building version 2.0 in order to install that on my phone.
