eg https://transportnsw.info/opal-view/#/account/cards is meant to show down arrow next to name - does not appear; go to Profile, Edit address - 'Save as delivery address' checkbox and Submit button do not work. Also had this on the StGeorge bank page https://www.ui.stgeorge.com.au/resolve/etb0/createCustComplaint - Next button does not work. other sites as well have buttons not working (about 20% of sites?) (Sorry both the above examples need accounts to test). Often (not always) if I open the page with Chrome it works. I think they were working ok after macOS update but after a Firefox update went to a very light screen - problem started then.

Also - using about:support the copy raw data button works; the copy text button does not.

A website I user, www.advisor.ca, displays a banner across the top which obscures some of the text in Firefox but displays correctly in Chrome. The attached images are for the page https://www.advisor.ca/tax/tax-news/court-dismisses-challenge-to-cras-administration-of-cap-gains-tax-proposal/. I expect this is one of those things that Chrome does 'wrong' but I would like to know if there is something I can do to make it display correctly in Firefox, of if FF could handle it in some manner.

I just switched to firefox from edge, and so far I really like it, but I got an issue with scrolling through youtube home page, it's laggy, and the lag is present 95% of the time. This is not happening in Edge or Chrome. This might be subtle to people using 60hz screens but for me it's noticeable and annoying, its as if the FPS drops from my set 144 to 30 or something. Is there a way to fix this? I really want to keep using Firefox :(

Hi everyone! I have a couple issues that I'm encountering for an otherwise solid experience.

1. Scrolling with my touchpad or touchscreen on my laptop is choppy with Firefex while being smooth as butter using Edge and Chrome. It's on a specific website with a ton of pictures - Slickdeals.net. No problems with all other websites. The issue is w or w/o hardware acceleration.

2. I thought I found something great with Firefox's option to disregard a site's native font...so that my chosen option will override every site. Instead, it's showing up on only a handful of sites I use. More confounding is the fact that changing font size is not taking effect...when I choose 'reader view' those options work perfectly but going into the main settings just won't act accordingly. I'm also on the Microsoft forum talking about help with a virus but I'd like to know if anyone else is struggling with this...thanks!

the bill pay feature has worked for years on firefox. when I asked merrill edge about the feature not working, they asked me to use another browser. So I used Chrome, and the bill pay feature works.

I have problem with endless cptchas -mostly on Facebook and now it began on my banking page - it used to verify via my phone- now it is constant captchas. When I use another browser- I do not have this issue. It is so annoying I may stop using Firefox. I'd much rather have google puzzle. The "no captcha" extensions do not work! I really prefer Firefox, but you need to stop with the captchas and use google puzzle or some other verification method.

Why is it so difficult for Facebook to function like it does in Chrome. I am a Firefox user on Windows 11. Facebook should function freely and without having to wait for actions to complete. I want Facebook to work normally on Firefox. It should not function like I'm driving a Mack Truck. Firefox, you need to fix this so Facebook functions normally.

I have always accessed my LinkedIn account on Firefox. Suddenly today, my PW does not work, and my email address for PW reset does not return a PW reset link. Cleared cache without success. I can access LinkedIn on Chrome. Can you suggest what I have done to my Firefox to cause this? Thanks!

I've installed the 10.5.x version of Network on my Ubiquiti Gateway. I now have a problem accessing the gateway. However, this is weird. When on the local network, I can connect directly to it, no problem. Where the problem comes in is when I try to connect to it via unifi.ui.com, the web portal that Unifi Gateways connect to. I've tried a Private Window which is set to not enable any extensions. The results are the same. It will sometimes load part of the page, but never all of it. Before the v10.5.x Network Application update, this was not a problem. I've tried this on both a Windows 10 & Windows 11 computer with the same results. Everything works if I'm not trying to connect via the web portal from the local network. (i.e. If I'm elsewhere or use my cellphone's hot spot, I can connect to my gateway via the web portal without any issues.)

I would blame the Network Application update as the problem if it wasn't for one detail. It does work from the local network if I use MS Edge instead of Firefox. So, I suspect that while there was a change made in this update, there is also something that Firefox is blocking that Edge isn't.

Any ideas?

Since I have been able to proceed and complete job applications to Indeed/Glassdoor in other browsers, I have to assume there is a setting somewhere in Firefox that is preventing me from completing these tasks. I would like some ideas, theories, and instructions to correct this problem sent to my email, [edited email from community support forum]. I have included some images of what I am getting. In some cases, I just get a spinning circle. In other cases, the screen goes "grey" and won't proceed. In the third example I have provided, the screen does nothing. Clicking the "Continue" button simply does nothing. It is as if the button has been rendered inactive. Thank you for your assistance.

When I try to enter the VA site (https://www.va.gov/my-health) it never opens (see attachment). I use my back-up browse (Microsoft Edge) and I can enter the site. Can you help?

Firefox version: Latest version on Mac. MacOS: Latest version. Issues: After a certain date, I did not know what happened. After that date, I was unable to drag the local files to my Synology Nas via its "Quickconnect" service in Firefox. I made several attemps trying to have this issue solved but in vain. Eventually I had to switch back to Chrome. By the way, I am able to log into Quickconnect in Firefox and delete files.

My folders suddenly stopped loading. When I log in, I can see grey boxes down the left hand side where my folders used to be. It looks as if the folders are trying to load, then the grey boxes disappear and all I see is in the screenshot I have attached.

I have followed the instructions GMX provides. Cleared the cache, etc. Those didn't solve the problem. The second attachment shows instructions that showed when I did an online search. Please ignore the second suggestion regarding Thunderbird. If these instructions refer to gmx settings, I cannot access them as you see by the first attachment, there is no way I can access gmx settings. The icons you can see only change how my inbox contents are displayed. If the instructions refer to email settings within FIREFOX, I am still stuck as I can find no help within FIREFOX on GMX settings that deal with these settings. I am offering my firstborn, my beloved dog, Reggie, and my best wishes for a long and happy life to the person who can successfully help me with this problem. Hopefully, Pam Barkas

"Recent changes in how some corporate web sites react to FireFox such as not show the header menues and other function reduction in the last three weeks. YET Chrome and google still function like normal. Is this an attack on Linux supported browsers? " I contacted United Health Care (UHC) regarding their menu disappearance and treated it like error on my end until I discussed doing their recommend fixes and the only ones that worked are going to other Google or Micro-Soft supported browsers. FireFox was working fine until three weeks ago. What's up, is it FireFox or UHC?

I have a mail.com account that I access from both my PC and my Android phone using Firefox. The domain is email.com if that makes any difference.

When I look at an email that arrived using my PC and Firefox the time is correct for my location. When I look at the emails using Firefox on my Android phone (Samsung) the emails are posted with UTC +2 time (basically European time).

I have looked all over and cannot find a way to set the time zone for this on my phone, in Firefox and in Mail.com .

Can anyone walk me though getting the correct time to show up on my phone based web access to my Mail.com account?

1. I go to X.com and am presented with the logon screen and the option to logon using Email or Username, Phone, Google and Apple.

2. Try entering my email address in the logon screen and get a red ! error: "Please enter a username, email, or phone number."

3. Try entering my username in the logon screen and get a red ! error: "Please enter a username, email, or phone number."

4. Try using the Google option and it performs as if I was logged in but the system never leaves the logon screen.

5. Try using the Phone option and enter my phone number and get a red ! error: "Something went wrong. Please try again."

6. Delete all history, cookies, etc. Restart Firefox. Same issues as above.

7. I disable all Extensions and restart Firefox. Same issues as above.

8. I try a Private window and am able to log in just fine.

I am at a loss here on how to proceed. This is happening on two individual systems in my home both running the same version of Firefox.
