I want University Of The People student app restored on my new Mozila Firefox with Yahoo mail.com. I am a student and may drop out if I loose the contents I am asking for.

We are testing our commuter booking web application (carliftdubaitoabudhabiae.com) on Firefox for Android (v128+).

Our web app relies on real-time Geolocation APIs to show passengers their pickup points and Web Push Notifications for schedule updates. However, we are noticing a few technical issues specific to Firefox Mobile:

Geolocation Prompt Delay: When users open the booking map, the browser location permission prompt takes 4–5 seconds to load compared to Chrome.

PWA Service Worker Caching: After updating route schedules on the server, Firefox Mobile sometimes serves stale cached assets even after clear cache commands.

Are there specific Service Worker or Manifest configurations recommended for Firefox Mobile to ensure fast real-time location updates for transport web apps?

I used to be able to use UK in the free VPN list, over the last 3 days, since I updated my firefox, I am unable to do so. Has anyone else down under had this problem, if so is there a solution to the issue.

On current Firefox & Android, why do I have to turn on VPN every time I open Firefox, if an app redirects a url to Firefox the VPN is off, also what is the Mozilla url I can check I'm connected via VPN? Thank you.

After a reboot and Windows 11 update today, Thunderbird (I believe it was v155) will not open. It asks for the password, then sits at [Not Responding].

I have copied my profiles (there are two, one dated 2023 with only a 1K .json file in it, and one created tonight while I was troubleshooting that's several GB and when copying, appears to contain all my mail folders although I can't access them directly from within the profile) to a separate location (my desktop).

I've tried the following (after checking previous questions here in Mozilla support):

(1) booting Windows into safe mode

(2) opening Thunderbird in Troubleshooting mode (Shift while opening), both in Windows safe mode and normal boot

(3) uninstalled Thunderbird from Control Panel, downloaded and installed a new copy of Thunderbird

All give the same result: "not responding", can't click anything. Can only wait or close.

I was able to disable an extension that I installed yesterday that had been working fine.

I'm also wondering if the problem is mail folders that are too large. I have some candidates for deletion but since I can't see any .msf files for them, I can't delete (because I can't open Thunderbird.

I'm leery of instructions to outright delete any Thunderbird folders/files because (1) I can't see my mail folders directly and (2) I'm self-employed and all my client and business emails are in there. Losing them woud be a disaster.

I'm tempted to try the Windows option of restoring my entire computer to an earlier point, say, this morning. But that seems like possible overkill if it's an issue with just Thunderbird.

I'm freaking out, please help!

Unless I've simply failed to find to find such a facility, it seems that there are no dedicated channels or topics through which sensible and constructive suggestions can be submitted. Surely, monitoring and sifting through such ideas might yield 'food for thought' among developers, all of which could contribute to improving both the function, performance and appeal of Mozilla products? I'm not even sure whether I'm posting under the most appropriate topic, which perhaps underlines my point!

Again this morning and yesterday I am receiving no incoming messages. The outgoing doesn't work either. You Thunderbird need to find a different server access!!! The server you are using is apparently Connected with my carrier which is Spectrum. They could care less about third parties and they have stated so. Thus nothing gets addressed or fixed!!! I hate to give up on Thunderbird but I might have to. Please help if you can!! Lee Noga

Currently, Firefox has an integrated chatbot; however, the choices of AI providers are poor. I wonder if I can connect the bot to locally deployed models or other AI providers. Will it be able to connect to OpenAI Compatible Endpoints in future?

Thunderbird is downloading new messages but failing to display them.

Other functionality remains active, ie I can see and open messages, delete all the contents of folders, compose and send messages, but when the software downloads new messages they simply do not display and cannot be accessed.

Not sure if it's relevant, but the message INBOX count appears to be stuck at the number 59, although more messages than that have been downloaded.

Bizarrely this is the message displayed whenever I now open the Thunderbird application (it was there when the problem first appeared and returns everytime). Out of desperation I even made a donation in the hope it would release the messages!

Used to use kiwi browser which remembered all the data field entries. Not just password and username. Since switching over to Firefox, I've had to remember other fields that are required and type them in manually.
