Firefox crashes
with no apparent reason Firefox crashes on my MacBook Pro...up to 3-4 times a day...i then "report" the crash (which i have done about 10 times with NO response/action)...then another box comes up providing a restart button and i restart and all my firefox comes back up...this is obviously time consuming and annoying.
That's it...what's up? what can i do? and the instructions asked me to go to the "location bar" but I have no idea what/where the location bar is.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".
