Lightning extension inhibits me from resizing TB windows how do I fix?

I am unable to resize my TB windows vertically. When I maximize the screens the bottom of the screen is cut off. I started in safe mode and the problem went away. Uninstalled extensions 1 by one and lightning is the culprit. Lightning 2.6.4. I have removed and reinstalled lightning 2.6.4 and 2.6.3 numerous times and it is the same issue.

Is this the same if you use the default Theme? Is it a combination of add-ons? Others have no problem so I am looking for something unique to you, or almost unique.

Note Lightning is binary compatible with Thunderbird so only a single version of Lightning will work with each version of Thunderbird 2.6.3 is not full compatible.
