Hello,
Wanted to update that on a Linux machine (Linux Mint, 64-bit) I didn't see any crashes. Am not sure if this is a Mac issue.Will investigate the logs to see if I can find out something that is standing out.

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
- Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
- In the Firefox options window click the Advanced tab, then select "General".
- In the settings list, you should find the Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
- Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

Thank you for your help. I'm pretty sure this problem is specific to Macs. After several tests on Macs and PCs I've found that the issue only persists on a Mac running Firefox. However, all other browsers load the page just fine. Please do let me know if you find any issues.

Thank you for your suggestions. This is a page I am developing, so unfortunately I am looking for a solution across all Firefox browsers running on a Mac, not just my own machine/browser.
I will go through and try the items you suggest to see if it works. However, if you have a global solution, via coding or some other avenue, please let me know.

Update on this issue.
I found a Mozilla tech support string about this issue. It is the #1 bug report for Mac users running Firefox.
The issue stems from an offending SVG background image. After disabling all the background images on the site, I was able to load the page normally. Next steps for me are to narrow down the one offending image, recreate it, and upload it to the site. Once that is finished, the site should work fine in Firefox on Mac.
