Phishing And Malware Blocker not working in Firefox 7.o.1

I have the checkboxes in Options.security checked to block phishing and malware sites. But test pages are not blocked. How should I proceed?

I am running FF 7.0.1.

It blocked them!

I got an email from Mozilla today, with almost the same URL's, but with mozilla.org as the domain name, and the text said that Firefox should have blocked access to them. But my Firefox let me through to them.

I guess my Firefox is working just fine.
