I have lost my bookmarks somehow.
I see a profile but it only contains today's date. Is there a way to restore to a previous default profile (in case I accidentally deleted one)? or can I find these bookmarks some other way? I also see that in system restore, there are no "restore points" to choose from which is unusual as I had that periodically saving points.

A system restore point wouldn't have worked probably because Windows doesn't store SQLite files.
Are the any JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups in that Firefox Profile Folder

Do you have more than one profile folder?
