As of yesterday morning YouTube is downloading correctly, video is fine, but there is no sound. Other applications using sound work just fine. Only the YouTube download is not working properly.
When I do my usual visit to YouTube and select a video to play the video apparently is downloaded correctly, the tracking bar below the video looks normal, the video plays correctly but there is no sound. This problem began on the morning of Sunday May 8th. All other applications involving sound on my PC are working just fine.

One other suggestion. Go to Add-ons | Plugins and disable BrowserPlus.
I note that this post was written A year ago. I started to have the problem a week ago No sound on You tube or the BBC I player they work fine on Chrome Firebox own videos do have sound Anyone out there got any suggestions Thanks
