Moxzilla installed Microsoft office, powerpoint, excel, and etc., and I can not print anything, I need my printing ability back asap, can you help me please?

When I try to print, I am unable to. Something pops up about I need to install a printer, but I already have a printer, and it was working just fine until I order microsoft office accessories on Sunday February 20, 2011.

Using File > Print or {Ctrl + P} to initiate printing you get what is known as the "native print dialog" box - is your printer selected in the Printer - Name selector near the top of that box?
