After Thunderbird re-install how to import previous address book and emails??
After Windows 11 crash and re-install and Thunderbird re-install, where can I find my old address file and old email file location in saved backed up data, and filename format to import in new Thunderbird installation? I have done this once a long time ago and forgot.

Here is the officially documented method:

It describes moving your Profile from one computer to another, but, assuming the Windows re-install preserved your complete Profile, the method will apply to you as well.
The default location of Thunderbird user data (including Profiles) is:
"C:\Users\(your Windows user name)\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird"
