Requesting desktop site doesn't work.

While using Firefox Mobile browser, requesting the desktop site doesn't work. It doesn't load the actually desktop site, just a smaller version of the mobile site. I have checked to ensure M. Isn't in the address.

When I request the desktop site on Chrome browser to loads the actual desktop site. I've included screen shot of both browsers showing Firefox is still showing mobile menus

Here is a better screen shot of Firefox showing the mobile drop down menu instead of the desktop interface.
