I need to use Firefox to login to Jpay.com because the company that manages the video visits for this site, Securus has stopped working on my other browsers. I can enter my username and password on Chrome and Edge, and get logged in. But the video visit will no longer work from those browsers. I have removed Firefox and reinstalled it to be sure I have the latest version. When I enter my username and password for Jpay.com from Firefox, it does nothing. I am stuck on the login screen. I have looked at extensions and settings, but not sure what could be blocking me from logging in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
