Thundirbird freezes troubleshooting
Hello,
Recently, Thunderbird has been crashing regularly on my Dell Alienware computer (freezes). To get out of it, I have to use the task manager... does anyone have an explanation, a solution? Thanks in advance!

Thunderbird has been crashing regularly on my Dell Alienware computer (freezes).
Crashing and freezing isn't the same thing.
Try to start Windows 10 in safe mode with networking enabled.
Does the problem go away?
Windows safe mode disables anti-virus software. This is a troubleshooting step, not a solution.
Thank's for your response. My operating system is Windows 11 up to date. Freezing is random and not improved in no-fail mode
Can you confirm you did start Windows in safe mode?

Try 128.6.0esr from download https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/download/esr/ and reinstall. (not high hopes though)
