Some emails blocked
I get a lot of emails but some that are auto generated or from a mailing house I do not get. For instance, I send out a weekly newsletter to a mailing list via Klaviyo. Along with my employees I am a subscriber. All of us have ***@slanker.com addresses. But about nine months ago we stopped getting the letter when it went out. Once in awhile, one of seven people will get it. But generally none of us get the letter. This issue is getting worse because the list of outfits that I can't get letters from keeps growing. I've fought this problem for going on nine months.

Klaviyo may be able to assist. I had a similar experience, using another email mailing list company - Mailchimp. After a year or more, I noticed half the messages were not being delivered. With Mailchimp's assistance, I confirmed that Yahoo (which had distribution function for many email domains) was treating them as spam. With no changes, after a few months the problem disappeared. Mailing lists are a challenge and I wish you well. There are a few websites that offer assistance or tips on this.
I think you need to examine the spam/junk filtering rules your mail provider applies to incoming mail, before it's downloaded to TB. One solution might be to whitelist certain contacts by adding them to webmail contacts, or whatever unblocking options are available when viewing the account in webmail.
