I have purchased the Owl addon so that I can use two Microsoft 365 email addresses in Thunderbird, I have set them both up and they appear in the side panel with my other email addresses but only one of them will send or receive emails. Please could someone supply up to date instructions on how to set two exchange accounts up. Thank you

You should check with the add-on author. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/owl-for-exchange/
