I'm trying to install the Mozilla VPN on my Android phone. I've installed the app fine, my problem is that after putting my account details in it wants my bank details. I already have an account, i've purchased my subscription, I use VPN on my Desktop and Laptop, that's 2 devices... why does it not let me use it on mobile? I can not seem to find a way to skip this page.

Ignore. Solved. It was an ID10T issue between screen and chair.

In the future, if you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly via the VPN so we are able to assist you as soon as possible: 1) Open Mozilla VPN and tap the Settings vpn settings icon icon. 2) Tap Get Help. 3) Tap Contact us. 4) A tab will open with a contact form. You might need to log in to Firefox Accounts first.
