on my desktop i cannot sign into my amazon account checked w/amazon and they said firefox has done something, security is okay so it's Firefox how can I get my sign in back
bold text i tried signing into my amazon account and when in the sign in password I got a line of black dots. I got hold of my security Norton they checked it was not them all all of my sites I can get on. went to Amazon support they tried everything and they said it had to be Firefox won't allow me to go on.......all I get is the circle of codes and back to the black dots in the password. how can I correct Amazon said if firefox can't I should install Google Chrome and uninstall firefox. can you help before I have to get rid of firefox
