I updated Thunderbird and now all my emails and email accounts are gone. I've updated before without any issues... I have old emails from accounts that I no longer have, so I cannot download those emails again... How do I restore everything back to the way it was? I don't believe I have made a back up Thunderbird before either :(

You did not make a backup of your computer?

Do you use POP or IMAP?
