Won't authenticate with Gmail - gets to authenticate page but won't proceed

When setting up a Gmail account, I have entered Gmail username and password and clicked Done with IMAP account selected. The pop up screen to authenticate with Google then opens. Then when I click "Next" or "More Options" nothing happens. I've turned off pop up blockers which hasn't made any difference.

Any ideas?
