All of a sudden I can't print readable emails. The font is too small to read. Forms print fine, it's just email messages that stopped printing normally and now print too small to read.

Select the email File > Print Preview or Menu icon > Print > Print Preview

At the top, you should see 'Scale'. Increase the scale to increase the font.

when happy, click on 'Print'
