When I installed Windows 10. all my Thunderbird email accounts went missing. I managed to restore one of them myself. yesterday I spent an hour with my other provider to reestablish the other two accounts. today when I opened Thunderbird all my accounts are gone again. I would like to know how to solve this problem.
