How can I backup/recover only my calendar + tasks (Lightning) data?

I'd like to have a smaller backup of only calendar + tasks information and any pther data specifically related to Lightning only, and be able to recover it easily, taking up less space than a full profile backup.

Is this possible and if so, how?

I assume your not worried about anything but your local calendar data (gmail etc will be backed up with the relevant providers.)

Open your profile folder. The profile folder contains a folder called calendar-data. Data for individual calendars is stored in SQLITE database files.

I use http://sourceforge.net/projects/sqlitebrowser/ to view SQLITE files
