You probably need to enable the title bar.

  • 3-bar Firefox menu button > Customize > Title Bar (bottom left)

The problem with not being able to move (reposition) your Firefox window might lie it the Theme you have chosen. Try going back to the Appearance tab under Add-Ons and switch back to the "Default" theme and the problem goes away. There are some very nice themes out there but some of them will not allow the Window to move.
