Firefox 29 Norwegian (Norsk bokmål) language pack assigns 'Add bookmark' to Ctrl-R

After upgrading to Firefox 29 on Ubuntu 14.04 the 'Add bookmark' keybinding is said to be Ctrl-R. I removed add-ons and language-packs and found that it was the language pack for Norwegian, Norsk bokmål, that did this.

Note that this is a bug in the [nb-NO] locale that needs to be fixed
